At Southbound Supply Co., we take pride in offering high-quality, made-to-order products. Because most of our items are produced on demand, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.


Eligible Returns

We only offer replacements or refunds for the following reasons:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item was lost during shipping (based on tracking info)

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or size/color preference

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items marked as delivered but claimed not received (please contact the carrier directly)


📦 Exchanges

We currently do not accept exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. If an exchange is approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.


💳 Refunds (if applicable)

Once we’ve reviewed your claim and approved a refund:

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment

  • Processing time varies depending on your bank or credit card provider


📬 Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
